Osceola Regional Medical Center Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer

Kissimmee, FL – David S. Cashwell, MHA, FACHE, has been named Chief Operating Officer at Osceola Regional Medical Center.
Cashwell arrives from Blacksburg, Virginia where he spent four years as COO at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. During his tenure there, he was actively involved in Strategic Planning, Governance, Physician Relations and Budgeting. He provided administrative oversight for 21 employed Physicians and operationally, his responsibilities included ancillary and support operations, with eight directors and 21 cost centers.
Cashwell was an Associate Administrator in the HCA COO Development Program at CJW Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia for two years.
As Chief Operating Officer at Osceola Regional Medical Center, Cashwell will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership.

Board certified in healthcare management, Cashwell is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Cashwell holds a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
