HCA Hope Fund
The HCA Hope Fund is an employee-run, employee-supported 501(c)3 charity. The goal of the HCA Hope Fund is simple: to help HCA employees and their immediate families who are affected by hardship. This includes disasters, extended illness/injury and other special situations. The fund provides emergency information, referrals and/or financial aid. HCA employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund.

LifeTimes Benefits Information
If your paycheck reflects the wrong home address, you will not receive important benefits material that is mailed to your home address. Please take a moment to check your mailing address on your paycheck. If the correct address is not listed, please contact your Human Resources Department at (407) 518-3540.
Leisure Travel Reservations
Do you need help with leisure travel planning? HCA has an arrangement with the OAC leisure travel office. Call World Travel at (800) 432-2069. A service fee may apply.
Sprint PCS Employee Discount
HCA-affiliated employees can receive 25% off Sprint PCS plans.
New Sprint customers can call (877) 869-4980 or visit a Sprint PCS retail store to purchase products and order service. Be sure to mention “HealthTrust Purchasing Group” and node number 0035190961 to receive the discount. You will also need your hospital COID number.
Existing Sprint customers can call (888) 328-4252 to speak with a Sprint representative or you can visit a Sprint PCS retail store to upgrade your device, pay bills or purchase products.
Cingular Wireless Discounts
HCA-affiliated employees are eligible for special offers and discounts from Cingular Wireless. Offers are not valid in Cingular retail stores.
New users: Contact Kelly Rasbury at (615) 512-5123. You will need your hospital COID number and refer to “HealthTrust Purchasing Group” to receive the discount.
Existing users: Call (800) 356-9752 and reference "Healthtrust Purchasing Group" to receive discounts. You will need your hospital COID number as well.

To determine your IE version, open your internet browser, click on Help and then select About Internet Explorer. The version will be displayed in the information screen.
HCA CodeReady is a public site for sharing information with employees, physicians, and the community in the event of a major incident or disaster. In the event of a major emergency, information and advisories regarding disaster response or relief efforts affecting any HCA facilities will be posted for employees, staff, and community members as necessary.
