Kissimmee, FL – Osceola Regional Medical Center has been named “Best Hospital in Osceola County” for 2015 by the 75,000 readers of The Osceola News-Gazette.

More than 70 businesses were recognized as tops in their field during the Osceola News-Gazette’s fourth annual Readers’ Choice Awards for Best of Osceola County. “There is no better endorsement for an Osceola company than for The News-Gazette readers to say you are the best,” said Robert Berry, advertising manager for the publication.

The awards allow readers an opportunity “to identify the people and places that make the intertwining communities of Osceola County a unique place to live, work, shop, eat and play,” the newspaper stated in announcing this year’s balloting. Voting began on June 13 and ended July 14. Paper ballots were distributed in The Osceola News-Gazette and made available online through The winners were announced in a special supplement to the newspaper on August 13. Also, for the first time, the 74 winning businesses were honored at the Best of Osceola banquet held at the Kissimmee Civic Center in early August.
